Crispy Nuts in Herb Butter
Makes 3 pints

Ingredients
- 1 pint each almonds, walnuts, and pecans, soaked and dried
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup grassfed butter
- 1 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced finely
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced finely
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Directions
- Melt coconut oil and butter over low heat; add salt, herbs, and spices and combine.
- Pour over mixed nuts and taste to adjust seasoning.
- Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast at 350° F (ideally, turning once) until golden and crispy, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
