How do I get rid of toe nail fungus?

Many things have been tried but very few work and none work universally on everyone. In fact, the Rx for this condition are drugs that are liver toxic and so I never recommend them for that reason. Most often these are required to be taken twice daily for 4 to 6 months as well.
If your diet (starches, sugar and alcohol) makes the fungi happy, they will come back – so a true Paleo or true Ketogenic diet will help the best.

You can also make your own product
Use equal parts of Oregano Oil, Tea Trea Oil, Jojoba Oil, Emu Oil (use North American Herb and Spice Oregano oil)
