Sweet Yam Casserole
Ingredients
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tblsp vegetable gylcerine
- 2 tsp Bickford’s orange flavor
- Cinnamon to taste
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ pound yams, peeled and quartered
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place yams in a greased 8-inch casserole. Put all other ingredients into small bowl and mix. Pour mixture over yams and bake for 35 min. or until tender.
