Mint Jelly Sauce
[From The PPNF Kitchen]
Directions
- Fill blender loosely with fresh mint leaves
- Add bottle of liquid pectin or some chia gel, or ½ tablespoon of dissolved gelatin
- 1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey, or a few drops of Stevia
OR:
Omit the thickeners and use equal amounts of vinegar and water for a liquid mint dressing
Blend until smooth
This goes well with lamb or many salad vegetables.
