Mary’s Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups your choice of flour (organically grown)
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp. safflower oil
- ⅓ cup vegetable glycerine
- ½ cup walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a loaf pan. Mix flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in large bowl. In a small bowl, mix egg, oil, banana, glycerine, and walnuts. Add wet mixture to dry and mix just until batter is uniform. Spoon into loaf pan and bake about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry. Cool, serve, enjoy.
