Kefired Cream Salad Dressings

[“Recipes For PPNF Living”]
This recipe was tested and contributed by PPNF Member Dona Inman, “Cultured Kitchens Communities”
If you make the top version of this dressing you won’t feel the need for ranch dressing again! Be careful to not let your kefir “over culture”.
BASIC BEGINNING
- 3 pints kefir CREAM in three pint jars
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- Then add one group from below to each of the jars…
OUR FAVORITE
- 1 tsp dill
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
VERY GOOD
- 1 tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
