Sugar is the curse of modern diet. Refined sugar is a concoction of the chemist. It is a modern fabrication that does not exist in nature. Sugar contains no vitamins or minerals or nutritives necessary to insure good health -- it is a pure carbohydrate. How does one correct pre-diabetic conditions?
