Food Fights: Part 2
All diets are not created equal. The application of scientific methods cannot really be applied to living, complex humans. Humans, their dietary habits, and their nutritional needs are too complex to be understood through conventional scientific experimentation. Arbitrary rules of what is good or bad for people cannot possibly apply to everyone. "Everyone is different, and diet must be individualized. There is no one single diet that is 'best' for everyone." The answer is to return to basics, to foods that are natural, real, whole - as nature provides them with all their edible parts - fresh, organically-grown whenever possible, balanced, as minimally processed as possible.
