Book Review: Adaptogens: Herbs for Strength, Stamina and Stress Relief

As the classification implies, adaptogens are herbs that help the body adapt to stress of all kinds. Stress can come in many disguises - excess physical activity, poor diet, negative emotions, pollutants, death of a loved one, marriage, becoming a parent, and from just trying to cope with ongoing change, which is an unavoidable part of living.
