Raw Fruit Cake
Blend together:
- 1 cup chopped up oranges
- 1 cup chopped up lemons
- 1 cup chopped up dates
- 1 cup chopped up figs
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- ¼ cup water
Mix in:
- 1 ½ cups ground almonds
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup cashews
Blend well and mold into shape.
