Cranberry Frappe
Ingredients
- 1 quart of apple juice or pineapple juice
- 1 lb frozen cranberries
Directions
When cranberries are available place them in your freezer to have on hand when needed
Pour apple juice, cider, or pineapple into your blender and add frozen cranberries, blend on high and serve at once.
This is a delightful RAW fresh way to obtain the benefits of cranberries.
