What Should I Eat? DVD Review
Price-Pottenger had the pleasure of sharing our display booth with Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez at this year’s Wise Traditions conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Gonzalez was a speaker at the conference and discussed his nutritional therapies in cancer treatment, highlighting case studies from his own successful practice. One of the most popular products sold at our combined booth was his DVD, What Should I Eat?, a recording of his lecture at the 2010 Whole Life Expo in Toronto, Canada.
This DVD is particularly informative as it highlights the different dietary approaches he uses for different metabolic types. As Dr. Price found in his work, Dr. Gonzalez has found patients only reach their level of optimal health when proper nutrition has been addressed. And, similarly to Dr. Price, Dr. Gonzalez has found that a population’s increased sugar and refined carbohydrates intake has led to increased rate of metabolic issues, which, in turn, leads to escalating rates of degenerative disease.
Dr. Gonzalez has found that “confusion reigns supreme” in regards to the plethora of health and nutrition information available to the public.
Rather than contribute to more misinformation, What Should I Eat? reviews the work of Dr. Weston A. Price and as well as Dr. Francis M. Pottenger’s observations of the effect of nutrients on the nervous system. Dr. Gonzalez explains how his teacher, Dr. William Donald Kelley combined the findings of these nutrition pioneers into a uniquely individual treatment approach to cancer and disease.
