Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy

PPNF will make every effort to deliver your items on time. Please allow for processing and shipping times when placing orders to ensure their timely arrival. Please call 1-800-366-3748 (U.S. only) or 619-462-7600 for assistance.

Delivery Time

Delivery times for orders from PPNF are subject to our operating hours as follows:

Monday – Thursday 8 AM – 4 PM Pacific Time.

An order placed after 2:30 PM will not be processed until the next business day, including observed holidays.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from PPNF depend upon the methods and options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight and size based. The weight and dimensions of any such item can be found on the products additional information tab. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound in the shopping cart.

Our Returns Policy

You may return most items sold by PPNF within 30 days of delivery for a refund subject to a 20% restocking fee. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Refunds for credit card will be credited to the original credit account number used at the time of purchase. Allow time for the credit to appear in your second billing cycle after the return. Refunds of purchases made by personal or business check or money order will be made by check usually within 14 days after the return.

Canceling an Order? In the event that you need to cancel an order placed online, please call 1-800-366-3748 (U.S. only) or 619-462-7600. If your order has shipped, you may return it using the procedures listed above.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
  • Any oral health product.

Returning a gift? If the item you’re returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from PPNF, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
