By Kelly Brogan, MD Serves 1 Ingredients ½ cup cooked sweet potato or winter squash (such as butternut, acorn, or kabocha), or 1 banana 3 large pastured eggs 2 tablespoons hemp seeds, flax seeds, or nut butter Virgin coconut oil Directions Combine the first three ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat, and spoon in silver-dollar-size dollops of the batter. They cook quickly!
