From The Washington Post The journal Human Reproduction has just published the first human study on bisphenol A (BPA), a chemical used in thousands of plastic products and most often absorbed by people from food and drink containers. The federally-funded study examined its effect on the human male reproductive system. BPA has been detected in the urine of 93% of all Americans. Until now there have been numerous animal studies done on BPA and its health effects, which include infertility, diabetes, cancer, and behavioral changes. The federal government will be giving $30 million to researchers...
