Chocolate Avocado Mousse

By Kelly Brogan, MD Serves 4 Ingredients 2 ripe Haas avocados 2 to 4 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup ⅓ cup raw cacao powder 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond, coconut, or cashew milk ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract Directions Scoop the flesh of the avocados into a food processor. Add the honey, cacao powder, almond milk, and vanilla and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Taste and adjust the sweetness with more honey if necessary.
