Salad Dressings
Store-bought, bottled dressings are inappropriate for a healthy salad, as they are often loaded with sugar, preservatives, colorings, and hydrogenated oils. Nutritious dressings are delicious and easy to make.
Tomato Dressing
- 1 large tomato or 3 plum tomatoes
- ½ red bell pepper
Cut each into pieces and blend together in a blender. Pour over your favorite salad.
