Party Egg Nog
Ingredients
- 4 C whole certified raw milk, very cold
- 4 C raw cream (liquid can be varied in amount)
- 4 eggs, separated
- 4 – 6 T honey
- Up to 1 T vanilla
- 6 T lemon juice OR 4 T brandy
- Ground cinnamon
- Ground nutmeg
Directions
Beat egg yolks, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice or brandy in mixer. Add milk and cream and beat until well mixed, smooth, and frothy. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold gently into other ingredients. Place in party bowl and top with cinnamon (with lemon) or nutmeg (with brandy). Keep cold! Happy holidays!
