Liver Spread
Ingredients
- Leftover lamb’s liver or other lightly cooked liver (any amount)
- Homemade mayonnaise
- Herbed Salt
- Few drops of fresh squeezed garlic oil
- 1 hard cooked egg
- Onion to taste, sautéed in butter
Directions
Place in blender or grind together in your meat grinder, binding together with the mayonnaise.
