Garbanzo Bean Dip
Garbanzo Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups garbanzo beans, cooked, drained (save liquid)
- ¼ to ½ cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 cups parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon dried or 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- ¼ cup sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
Puree all ingredients in blender at low speed. If mixture is too thick, add a little cooking water from beans. Chill. Serve with raw vegetables.
