French Anchovy Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 can anchovies (packed in olive oil)
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup olive oil, plus oil from anchovies
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon sesame salt
- 1 teaspoon stone-ground mustard
Directions
Blend at low speed until smooth. Makes 1½ cups.
