Curry Condiments

Arrange in small serving dishes where guests may serve themselves (a lazy Susan in the center of the table in attractive way) the following:
- Chopped hard-boiled eggs
- Chopped nuts (almonds are especially good)
- Diced green onion, tops included
- Diced tomatoes
- Sunflower seeds, whole
- Sesame seeds, lightly toasted
- Sliced fresh papaya
- Grated fresh coconut
- Diced fresh or frozen pineapple
- Chutney
- Diced raw mushrooms
- Grated ginger (sparingly)
