- 5 oz raw cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 oz blue cheese, grated
- 1 C thick Piima cream or sour cream*
- 3 whole small scallions, chopped, or chives
- 1 t Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T chopped parsley
- Chopped walnuts or nut of your choice
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Mix well, and shape into small or large balls or a log. Roll in nuts, and chill until firm.
*You may make a vegetable dip by adding more cream or a little milk.
