Chris’s Veal or Chicken Marsala
- 8-10 de-boned chicken breasts or veal – dip in rice flour – saute in butter.
- As butter evaporates, add more.
- Layer chicken or veal in glass baking dish.
- Slice and saute mushrooms in butter and pour over meat.
- Add 1 cup of cream sherry and 2 tbs of fresh lemon juice, stir together and pour over meat. Serve over brown rice with your favorite vegetable or salad.
A wonderful dish for guests. Enjoy!
