Chris’ Homemade Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 large steak ( cut up in small bite-size pieces)
- 1 large chopped onion
- Approximately 20 fresh mushrooms, sliced
Directions
Saute steak and remove from pan.
In same pan, saute onions & mushrooms with butter.
Add cooked steak to the onions & mushrooms.
Add 2 cups of beef soup stock.
Add 1 small container of sour cream.
Simmer.
Serve over brown rice.
Can be served with fresh broccoli and fresh carrots – makes a very colorful meal!
