Chia Cereal

- 1 T. chia seeds
- 1 T. pumpkin seed
- 1 T. flax seed
- 1 T. sesame seeds
- Grind in coffee/seed mill. Mix to a paste with pure water. Serve with coconut cream and any sweetener (stevia, juice, or fruit) allowed by your eating plan.
Note: the muesli will sprout — we usually eat it at the “nubbin sprout stage.” Seed cereal allows more of the inner parts of the seeds to be digested than the muesli, which will allow more of the minerals in the seed bran coating to be absorbed.
