Salad Dressings
Store-bought, bottled dressings are inappropriate for a healthy salad, as they are often loaded with sugar, preservatives, colorings, and hydrogenated oils. Nutritious dressings are delicious and easy to make.
Cashew Dressing
- Unsalted cashew butter
- Spring water or juice of 1 lime
Combine ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency.
