Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing

[From the PPNF Kitchen]
Ingredients
- 1 cup Piima cream (or mayonnaise)
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 teaspoons seasoned kelp
- ½ cup grated (or less) bleu cheese
Note: I use real raw French sheep’s milk cheese.
Directions
Whiz all but cheese in blender, then pour into container and add grated cheese.
Makes 2 cups.
