Jawbone Cavitations and Sonography
Problems can emanate from the jawbone even in the absence of root canals and mercury - without causing any pain or discomfort in the mouth. Jawbone cavitations, also known as osteonecrosis (bone death) and osteomyelitis (infection) of the jawbone, osteitis and a dozen or so other names tends to be a silent condition, causing no local discomfort. It can, however, be the unsuspected cause of a wide variety of symptoms elsewhere in the body. Bob Jones worked diligently over a period of many years and has now developed a workable bone sonography device designed to assist in the detection of jawbone cavitations.
