Food Sources for Vitamins and Minerals—Part 1
This is a list of 14 different vitamins and minerals: vitamin A, beta carotene, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), biotin, folic acid, PABA (para-amino-benzoic acid), choline, inositol, vitamin B12, and vitamin B15. Each one has a list of foods that provide that particular vitamin or mineral.
