These days we are bombarded with propaganda about what we SHOULD eat. Dietary gurus regularly tell us to eat more fruits and vegetables and more fiber-rich foods. While there are a few caveats issued about what we should NOT eat, too often decidedly unhealthy foods do not receive the negative billing that they should.
