Dental Decay: An Excerpt from “Your Body Is Your Best Doctor”
Dental decay is the most widespread of the degenerative diseases because it takes only about 25 percent inefficiency of body chemistry for it to be present. Other degenerative diseases take more inefficiency, but the presence of dental decay clearly shows that further inefficiency will take place in time. The dentist should be a physician whose major interest is in curing and preventing, not just repairing the same old ailments year after year until finally the teeth are gone. Fortunately, dental decay, as well as the other degenerative diseases, can be prevented primarily by two procedures that must go together: 1) follow a natural diet which eliminates sugar and sugar products, coffee, refined grains (white flour), and milk; 2) if there is a malfunction of the glands, correct it.
