I saw this article below from TreeHugger that says "salt samples from 8 different countries revealed the presence of plastic contaminants from ocean pollution." I've been a big fan of sea salt for the last few years and use it frequently - like every meal! And, now I see articles coming out and they're saying we're probably eating particles of plastic whenever we sprinkle sea salt on our food. Is this possible?
I'm seeing a lot of misinformation out there - what do you think? Is coconut oil still healthy? The American Heart Association recently released a report advising against the use of coconut oil. What is that all about? I find it hard to believe so I'm interested in your take.
I’ve been using PerioPaste Natural Toothpaste for a while now – I love it. It is wonderfully free of all the things I try to avoid in a tooth paste. But, my wife is pickier than me and pointed out that they have Folic Acid. Is this something I should be concerned about? I really like this toothpaste. Thanks in advance for any help with this :)
