I just read an article on Vitamin D and overdosing on the Popular Science website - which surprised me. In fact, it seemed rather anti-vitamin to be honest. Here's the link below - any thoughts you could share on the topic are greatly appreciated.
I saw this article below from TreeHugger that says "salt samples from 8 different countries revealed the presence of plastic contaminants from ocean pollution." I've been a big fan of sea salt for the last few years and use it frequently - like every meal! And, now I see articles coming out and they're saying we're probably eating particles of plastic whenever we sprinkle sea salt on our food. Is this possible?
